Besan Laddu Recipe

Besan Laddu Recipe

Dessert

Besan Laddu is a traditional Indian sweet made from roasted gram flour (besan), pure ghee, and powdered sugar, flavored with aromatic cardamom and enriched with crunchy dry fruits. The besan is slow-roasted in ghee until golden and fragrant, then mixed with sugar and shaped into soft, round laddus. These laddus have a rich, nutty flavor and a melt-in-mouth texture, making them a popular festive delicacy across India.

Perfect for Diwali, weddings, celebrations, and gifting, Besan Laddus are loved for their authentic taste, long shelf life, and homemade goodness.
